Video of the Week: Lola T-70 laps Elkhart Lake

One of my favorite cars ever at one of the best tracks in North America.  Crank up the volume!  You may wish to skip the first minute.

Did make it up there this year again. Great racing. Highlight was 0733GT, the 1957 Ferrari 250 TDF 2nd place Tour de France sitting in the paddock. Just out of restoration this very significant car had not been seen in public for 40 years!! The owner drove it up from Milwaukee. Also a 1972 Ferrari 312PB, 917K, 512M, 30 T70's and alot of other great F1 and sportscars. The concours had a Pebble Beach quality white Lancia B20 series II as my highlight and a bunch of Aston Martin's(DB2/4's)+ many others. Ferrari Club of America is having their big anniversary up at Road America next summer(Chicago region was the founding chapter of FCA). You should try to make it as the place will be crawling with vintage Ferrari's. Join the Ferrari Club as they will let you in for free.
